Meditation in Motion is your free, personal online guide to inner calm and exploring your unique potential through reducing stress, increasing your confidence, improving your health, building inspiration and insight, and transforming your emotions – supporting you one empowering audio or video meditation at a time…

The Meditation in Motion is a unique, free app curated by Meditation, Qigong, and Yoga instructors Francesco Garri Garripoli and Ambikha Devi. The exclusive audio and video guided meditations, life coaching, meditative music, sound healing, and insights are by experts from around the world - from the healing arts, spiritual, and medical communities - with the goal of bringing meditation to all in a practical and empowering way. This free, boutique app is sponsored by the non-profit CommunityAwake organization and all in-app purchases support this 501(c)3 NGO and help keep "MinM" ad-free and able to grow.

At Meditation in Motion (or as we call it the “MinM app”) we know that sitting in quiet meditation isn’t for everyone – but we have discovered from teaching meditation for over 40 years that everyone benefits from being guided on an inner journey to support their insight, provide inspiration, reduce stress, increase confidence, or to help address some life challenge. In that spirit, we offer this app to support you in your personal transformation in all these areas… Listen to inspiring wisdom as you are guided on an inner meditation journey… relax and close your eyes… breathe deep and transform your stress as you receive coaching from a healer, instructor, physician or expert in Topics you are interested in… or listen to carefully selected music that soothes and heals you on a body, mind, and spirit level.

When you open the Meditation in Motion app (we refer to it as the “MinM app”) you will see two main Categories – “Meditation” and “Motion” …and clicking either one will lead you to audio and video content Listings.

Be sure to click on the “heart” graphic located on each recording to add what you like to your personal “My Favorites” list.

You’ll also see that we use a “5-star” Rating System. This is your way to “vote” for a specific recording and share your feeling about it to help others in their search for meaningful content – and it helps you see what others think about that content.

Meditation is a practical application of your mind in motion… and when that motion is intentional and connected to your heart, your meditation goes in an empowering direction. With practice and commitment, your natural abilities will arise to transform the way you face life’s challenges. Within you is an amazing array of potentials and the Meditation in Motion app helps you put this process into motion to achieve your personal goals.

When you click on “Explore” in the Menu, you are taken to our two main sections: “Meditation” and “Motion.” Clicking on “Meditation” will lead you to our library of audio programs in a variety of interest areas. Look around and see what calls you to listen. There are many programs included free with Meditation in Motion to get you started. Others are available for purchase – and by doing so, you help us keep this app free, without advertisements, and support our non-profit effort to keep improving MinM all the time.

Click on “Motion” and you will get access to the growing video library. Practices such as Yoga, Qigong, Tai Chi, and other moving arts have long been considered, “meditation in motion” so we have this selection to inspire you to learn about empowering forms such as these. For many of us, there are times when we just don’t want to sit in quiet meditation – our minds may just be too active at the moment from a busy day or personal challenge.

Being part of Meditation in Motion gives you access to the growing community that Francesco has been building around the world through his non-profit CommunityAwake.com project.
